For scribe services the reporter’s computers are connected to the projectors so that proceedings are re-laid immediately as the meetings are going on. For technical scribe services we have a software that we incorporate different clients glossary of words and lexical in various languages. In the event that there are bilateral meetings the system is networked (LAN) to provide for all scribes in different rooms for standardization purposes.
